Duo Le Pin DLP9016 Set of 8s World War 2 Army minifigures

As I recall, we already have plenty of modern age army/military minifigures. If you want something different, please have a look at what DLP has to offer in their latest set #9016. 

They have named this theme as World War 2. I think they have made a great choice of colors and background image that accurately reflects the characters are from this theme.

We are very fortunate that @kage has helped translate the label on the box, showing who are these guy supposed to represent (top, left to right and bottom, left to right)

Top:  

1. Soviet soldier (body print seems to be a copy of Colonel Dovchenko from the Indiana Jones Sets) 
2. Chinese "8th route" (as printed on the arm) soldier 

3. British soldier  

4. Adolf Hitler himself  

Bottom:  

1. Japanese Imperial Soldier (obvious to most in S.E.A) 

2. Chinese Nationalist Soldier (Emblem on helmet is the logo of the Nationalists, emblem still in use by Taiwan, most noticeably in their flag)  

3. German (obvious enough I guess) K98 soldier (based on magazine pouch printed)  

4. American soldier 

Hey, have you noticed now that one of the minifigure looks like Adolf Hitler? ahaha. By the way, the box is bigger than the usual box which is used to accommodate this stuff.

What's in each box;

After opening all the boxes then I noticed every box contains the same big weapon. I'm sorry i don't know the name-  hand missile/grenade launcher? [update] It's mortar. thanks to @kage

The instructions is printed on the back of each card.

Assembled weapon:

Oh yes. That tiny little spring is the most important part in this build. No pin or trigger that you can pull, but you can manually launch the missile.. it's good enough, right?

I think that's the best part in this whole set. For other weapon/accessories; brown rifle - they come loose in sealed bags and for black rifle, the parts are attached to the plastic rack.

This is the minifigure that I mentioned at the beginning of this post that looks like Adolf Hitler (^_^)".

Not many unique minifigure in this set. One of this figure however has print on left side of the arm and another one has print on his helmet.

Comparison of AOU minifigures - Decool Vs Sheng Yuan Vs Lego

Hi guys. I really miss all of you and this blog. I had attended a course organized by my office during the week and I had no chance at all to make a review on the new knock-off Lego set/minifigures. oh not to forget all the comments too.. there are still some that I have not responded.

As promised, even though it took me very long time to come up with this post, (sorry!!) the following is a comparison of Age of Ultron (AOU) minifigures issued by Decool, Sheng Yuan and Lego.

Decool has issued 12 17 AOU minifigure from set 0205-0210, 0217-0222 and 0223-0228 while Sheng Yuan has issued 24 AOU minifigure from set SY271, SY275 and SY276.

[update] There are additional 5 AOU minifigure (not in the picture) from 0205-0210 that is reviewed after this post was made.

Here's the comparison of 12 figure from Decool with Sheng Yuan's and Lego.

I don't have the original Lego figure so i use pic from Bricklink for these 2:

Thanks to @RHM for reminding me to take a side picture of Maria Hill. I forgot that she had right arm with prints:

Both from SY and Decool have printed Shield logo on the arm, just like the original Lego. The position of logo on Decool figure is more accurate than SY but print quality is better in SY's figure.

Sheng Yuan SY275 & SY276 Avengers 2 Age of Ultron minifigures set

A total of 16 small boxes, which consists of 2 sets of 8 (SY275 and SY276) fit inside this one large box.

Excuse me for not arrange them by set number >_<. I forgot all of this is from 2 sets. I thought they were a set of 16:

Some of the minifigures come unassembled and some partially assembled.

Assembled minifigures:

1st line: Ultron MK1, Hulk (Dark Purple Pants, Dark Red Pattern),  Scarlet Witch, Black Widow
2nd line: Iron Legion, Hydra Henchman, Ultron Prime, Ultron Sentry
3rd line: Baron Von Strucker, Quicksilver, Maria Hill, Ultron Sentry Officer
4th line: Ultimate Ultron, Iron Man Mark 43, Vision, Captain America

The extra Lego parts including baseplate which can be used to build accessories/weapon holder such as the diagram on the back of the box.

Comparison with original Lego figure on right:

SY still maintain old design of torn pants on their version of Hulk =(

Hulk from AOU.

But do not worry. if you want a perfect Hulk figure, buy the original Lego set or Sheng Yuan SY357 The Hulk Buster Smash. Hulk in this set is not wearing torn pants, exactly the same as the original Lego figure.

Last but not least, these 2 figure: Maria Hill and Captain America. I don't have the original to compare because they come from the Lego 76042 The SHIELD Helicarrier. This set is very expensive and I still don't have enough money to buy it. >_<.

Although I do not have the original figure, I use Bricklink to check on the original Lego parts. Designed of the torso, faces, even the SHIELD logo on right arm is exactly the same with original :)

Likewise with Captain America without mask. The torso and leg is the same parts with standard Captain America figure. The only difference is his face and hair. 

You can get the exact same figure with original Lego if you swap his masked face with this:

I try not to exaggerate but this is one of the best set from Sheng Yuan :). To make this collection complete, you must combine this set with SY271.  You can get the rest of AOU minifigures  (Mark 45 Iron Man, Hawkeye, Thor and Nick Fury) from SY271.
