Sheng Yuan SY600 LEGO Deadpool Minifigures

Hello everyone! I'm back! Haha:). Anyone still reading this blog of mine?  I still remember the last time I updated this blog was before my 3 weeks' family vacation to Finland, Norway and Sweden in May 2016. (Norway was a very beautiful country, breathtaking scenery and it was really love at first sight. My wife and I wished we could spend the rest of our life there). After returning from the vacation, i was swamped with work in the office. It was a nightmare. Haha!! Returning home and back to work after a long vacation is like a punishment for temporarily dismissed from the office. Sigh :(.

A long hiatus makes it difficult for me to take the time to update this blog. At one point, you will feel that it is too late for a post. No one is interested in LEGO bootleg anymore and no more people will visit the blog. During these 3 months, I didn't spent much on LEGO bootleg or original LEGO set. I only bought set of 16 71014 DFB Team, Lego Ideas 21303 Wall-E and 21304 Doctor Who, and some Decool 0244-0249 and 0250-0255 (just because of the ironman minifigure in those set). However I did spend a lot on S.H.Figuarts figure and Tomica car model :P. I guess sometimes we need a little pause from our favourite hobby till we recover back the passion.

To be honest.  I was a little worried that I would hurt long time followers of this blog because there is no update for a very long time plus there are hundreds of emails and comments that I didn't reply. It's impossible for me to reply and answer the past 3 months comments and emails so forgive me..

I regard this as a reboot. So for a start, allow me to use the time and available resources to create a new post as much as possible. I am in the office at the moment but fortunately I have one or two "draft" post stored in this blog so let's start with it

As you can see below, there are 4 types of gliders in this set.

I don't know their name or the origins but I believe its fan made design.

I love it when Lego minifigures come with dual sided faces but for Deadpool, I think they don't need it.

Sheng Yuan SY295 Super Heroes

I'm sure most of us are into super heroes movies, regardless of the DC or Marvel or from other categories. Are you excited to watch these?

I start my excitement with Sheng Yuan lol. I wanna buy Doctor Who LEGO Set #21304 but all stores are sold out. The place that i went (LEGO Certified Store here in Malaysia) asked me if I was interested to get in their "waiting list" but they are not certain when they will restock (^_^)". Those LEGO set will never be enough.. ahaha. 

Set of 8's Sheng Yuan's Heroes Assemble that i got last week;

Hmm, i think i might have a problem naming some of the variant.

Assembled figure with accessories/weapons:

1. LEGO Harley Quinn from #76035 Jokerland. The alternate (rear) face is different from LEGO.

2. LEGO Batman (unknown variant). I hate those faces. Perhaps it's inevitable as they try to align the eyes with the hole in the cowl.

3. LEGO Iron Man Mark 33 Silver Centurion. 

Is this the same figure, which will be released in polybag with pre-order video games?

The only figure in this set that has print on the side of the arms and legs.

4. LEGO Sam Wilson (aka Falcon) Captain America.

This is one of the exclusive SDCC 2015 figure. Only 1,500 were released. If you hate knock off, you can get him on ebay for only $230.

5. LEGO Arsenal, aka Roy Harper.

He's also one of SDCC 2015 Exclusive figure.

6. LEGO Yellow Jacket. Exactly same with LEGO.

Quality of the plastic and print of the minifigures are superb as can be expected from Sheng Yuan:

Arsenal (Roy Harper) and Falcon (Sam Wilson) is must have in this set. Luckily just 2 exclusive SDCC minifigures were introduced in 2015 and now I've had both :)

Lele 79151 Jurassic World T-Rex

Continuation from my post here about the imitation/knock off Indominus rex (Lele 79151), we will have a look at his rival, T-Rex in this post.

As you can see from the packaging, the set number is same with Indominus Rex - 79151. That's why they are listed in pair on Aliexpress.

If you are interested to get the original dinosaur by Lego, it's from #75918, priced at £59.99 / $69.99 / 79.99€ / RM399.90. 

Just admit it. Most of us interested with this set just to have the T-rex (^_^)'. I got this Lele 79151 at roughly USD10. Loose T-rex being sold on Bricklink at USD46 (at least!)

This set is pre-assembled, so there is no manual included.

My 2 little kiddos more than happy to dismantle this guy. 

I forgot to take off the jaw from his head but every part looks 100% same with Lego. 

Last but not least, the one seated gyrosphere.

Simon Masrani. Lele issued this guy previously in their set of 8 #79058. 

Meh, I do realize Lele's printing is not the best but i wish they didn't repeat the figure.
