Sheng Yuan SY271 Lego Avengers 2 Age of Ultron

If you notice, each box has a little introduction of every superheroes written on the back.

It's confirmed.. No more trading/game card in SY's set. 

Assembled minifigures:

Comparison with original Lego figure on right, and Duo Le Pin(DLP) (link) figure on left: that means Sheng Yuan's figure in the middle lol.

1. Hulk - both Sheng Yuan and DLP have correct Hulk's pants - purple with red line but none have the hair right. I prefer Lego style - spiky hair.

2. Black Widow - why oh why can't SY or DLP use the new hair style. maybe they still have excess stock of the old hair style.

3. Hawkeye - Sheng Yuan got the hair right - spiky hair similar with Lego figure

4. Captain America

Different red and blue tone for every brand. Hey do you notice something? The blue circle with star shape in the middle on the original Lego shield is not symmetry.. see, not even Lego is perfect!

5. Thor - SY's figure has darker grey arm.

6. Iron Man Mark 45 - SY's mask for Iron Man looks more accurate with grey colour on the cheek.

I don't wanna talk about DLP's robot face. I hate it. SY is better even though the face has scar and looks like a bad guy.

7. Nick Fury. I dont have original Lego to compare with. SY's on right and DLP's on left.

SY has darker grey for the torso and leg but they got the arm wrong. It should be in black.

8. Ultron. 
From Left; DLP's Ultron (comic Variant), SY's Animated Series Variant, Ultron Prime, Ultron Mark 1, Ultron Sentry, Ultron Sentry Officer.

Not all Ultron variant are available in my collection for now. There's one more but i misplaced him! Ultimate Ultron:

Lego Iron Man minifigures by Duo Le Pin Set No.DLP9002

This is how i received the latest Lego Iron Man minifigures set by Duo Le Pin. Just like their Avengers 2: Age Of Ultron Lego minifigures set (DLP9005), you can get 2 complete set (set of 8) in one whole box.

This is where i need help from you guys if i wrongly labeled the name/mark number for each figure:

1. Bones - Mark 41

2. Mark 42 Rubber Ducky  Iron Man Extremis Armor from Iron Man 3.

3. Mark 45

4. Mar Machine Mark 2

5. Mark 43

6. Gemini - Mark 39

7. Iron Legion

8. Disco - Mark 27

Comparison with original Lego figure on right:

1. Mark 45 - DLP almost got the mask correct (especially the eye part - with black lines) but the forgot the tiny detail - grey color on the cheek). Sheng Yuan got it right. You can see SY's Mark 45 in my next post.

2. Mark 43 - You can see a little smudge on the left leg on this figure.

I really hate the robot face they use for most of the figures in this set. I wish they can make all of them have face like Mark 41, Mark 42, and Mark 39 (uh, i should have these 3 in single photo. they look super awesome). 

The origin: 

Iron Legion, Mark 43 and Mark 45 in this set is 100% Lego imitation and Mark 27 (Disco) is from Crayonboi:

The above figure that i thought Rubber Ducky is actually Mark 42 designed by Agoodfellows77:

[update@July 12, 2015] Thanks to @Beekini for this update. He found the exact origin of the Rubber Ducky Mark 42 pattern. It's from Tony Gorst (flickr). Tony Gorst named the suit as Iron Man Extremis Armor. You can check his flickr. 

The pattern on the knee looks similar on the DLP minifigure :). Thanks @Beekini.

Counterfeit 100% exact Lego Minecraft set spotted on Taobao

This is terrifying but I need to share with you guys. Exact 100% Lego imitation of Minecraft set number 21102, 21105, 21106 and 21107 (with Lego marking on their parts and packaging) are spotted on Taobao.

Personally I'm okay with other brands (Sheng Yuan, Decool, etc) issuing same minifigures and lego set (Lego look-alike) but without Lego marking all over their bricks. Reason? Because i know it's imitation and i'm willing to pay for it. But not this one! This 100% copy with Lego marking is unacceptable because they clearly want to deceive buyer.

I feel so uncomfortable buying Lego set online now, especially from seller originated from Asia. Please do not get me wrong. I'm from Malaysia, part of Asia too. I used to trust their listing on taobao/aliexpress. If the item listed has these wording: "lego look-alike", "lego copy", "lego compatible" and the price is super cheap, i know it's imitation and i know what to expect. What i'm afraid now is i pay price for an original set but what i get is the imitation =(. 

Here's a summary of the difference that you can spot:

1) Printed image/wording is a little rough on fake box.

2) Lego logo (the black lines) printed is thicker and bolder on original set.

3) Lego use 2 square sticker with black lines in the middle and some numbers to seal the set. While the fake use one round shape sticker.

4) Copyright mark "C" on original Lego parts has a bit Italic font style.

5) Quality of the bricks - especially the stud and hole.

6) Printed colour of the instructions is darker on fake set.

How about you guys, what else can you spot from the above images?
