Sheng Yuan SY258 Super Heroes; Galactus, Cyborg, Jean Grey, Deadpool

Presenting...one of the most awaited Sheng Yuan's 2015 super heroes minifigures set!

Top, from left: Nova, Hawkeye (comic), Galactus, Red Robin
Bottom, left: Hawkeye (movie), Cyborg, Jean Grey (Phoenix), Deadpool (Weapon X)

The figures without weapons (except for Deadpool - he does not look like Deadpool without those dual swords =p)

Lets have a closer look on those figures. =)

1. Galactus - I think this is the best figure in this set. I love the colour, the printing, and look at that mask. I love it!

Rating? I would happily give 4 star out of 5. I will give 5 if the size is bigger =p.

[update@July 26th 2015]: We Are Kids and several other anonymous reader has confirmed that the latest batch of SY258 contains Galactus figure with fixed long legs and arms. This is an image that has been shared by We Are Kids:

2. Hawkeye (comic)

His face is kinda weird,no? =(

3. Deadpool (fan-art)

I cannot help but to think of this face when i see deadpool in this yellow =) Hahaha...

I wanna say thanks to @anonymous in comment section below. Now i only know that this variant of Deadpool is fan made art.

http://www.deviantart.com

He found the image to be from the Fandom's yellow Lantern Deadpool.
(Hey buddy, thanks =))

4. Red Robin

5. Jean Grey (Phoenix)

I do not have original SDCC but I have one from "Doll" (on the right).

This is the original SDCC figure (image taken from Bricklink). Which hair color is more accurate do you think?

For these 3 figures below, lets compare them with the original Lego figure (on the right)

6. Nova

7. Hawkeye (movie)

8. Cyborg

This is the worst figure in this set. Just look at his headgear below. Urgh... Ugly!
This is very awesome figure. This cyborg is actually classic variant. (thanks to those who have corrected me in comment section below. Please pardon me. i'm very noob with so many comic/cartoon character ahaha).

This is how the character looks like:

Decool 601- 606 Zombie Theme

Hiring candidates for your spooky town? Get these guys!

What's inside each box:

Assembled minifigures without their accessories:

From left; Manager, Police, Nurse, Emmet, Computer Programmer, Sleepyhead

I prefer the manager without hair =). Now he looks the same with Zombie minifigure from Collectible Minifigures Series 1.

For comparison; Original Lego on the right, Decool in the middle and Bozhi's Series 1 on left.

Since Decool make spooky version of Emmet, Police, Nurse, Computer Programmer and Sleepyhead, let's photograph them with their own version when they are still alive (in other word, original Lego on the right)

I'm okay with Decool improvising these figure but i really wish to see they imitate the whole Monster Fighter minifigures, especially this lady:

Zombie Bride

She's hardly available on ebay and even on bricklink, the price is not that affordable (at least for me). Each will cost around USD40, without postage!

Decool 7105 Lego Batman Tumbler

Another surprise by Decool!

The box is quite big, almost the same size with SY305 Ironman Laboratory but i don't have them for size comparison so i use this instead i.e. 8 standard minifigure boxes.

To be exact, the box size is 40.5cm x 28.5cm x 6cm.

...and here's the printed manual, in booklet form.

front cover, last page inside the manual, and back cover

What it looks like when i take out the tray from the box:

I don't usually do this but this is fun =)))))

Minifigures that come in this set:

The Batman is the same one as per Lego 76001 The Bat vs Bane: Tumbler Chase set and The Joker is from Lego 10937 Arkham Asylum Breakout.

It is a different Batman and Joker from Lego 7888 The Tumbler: Joker's Ice Cream Surprise.

I don't have original Lego Tumbler to compare with but according to the parts and manual, it is 100% same with lego tumbler from set 7888.

The plastic is good. All bricks sticked well but the brick edges; as usual a little bit sharp and the surface is not so smooth. Hence, cheap plastic feeling.

Same with Lego, lay the batman down to close the cover =)

The tumbler dimensions: 22cm x 14cm x 7.5cm

The printed parts:

I wonder why some of the parts have quite bad scratches. It is very obvious especially the windscreen above.

I am no expert but the most expensive part for this tumbler should be this windscreen.

It is not in the manual but you can lock the missile by slotting in any pin here:

I really missed my Artifex Tumbler. I sold mine because i need to use the money for something else.

Lele 79016 Counter Strike

I have a few set of bootlegs that i want to share with you guys but i know you love swat more so here it is:

If i recall correctly, this is the 3rd set of military/army lego by Lele after this and this. As usual, you will get these inside each box; cards, unassembled figure in sealed packaging, and standard weapon/accessories attached to plastic rack.

Standard accessories/weapon in each box:

.. and here's what you will get with each minifigure:

Each figure has a name, labeled on each box:

1. Sniper

2.  Udarnik

3. Machine Gunner

4. Udarnik

5. Team Leader

6. Pioneer

How they look with their vest on:

I think they should print those camo at the back of the vest too.. just to make it balance. They look fierce from the front but too vulnerable from the back (too plain).

I appreciate their effort to have side printing on the arm and legs: all have diff pocket design.

Without their vest on:

Last part, also my favourite part: All the weapon/accesories you can get from this set:

I will leave the discussion about these weapon to the experts =) (you know who you are) but i bet you won't feel too excited about this. They look same with rifle that Lele/SY already introduce in their earlier army/military set. =(

About the plastic quality.. I can confidentially say that plastic used by Sheng Yuan (in SY168, SY168, and The Expendables) is far more better. However Sheng Yuan haven't issue any camouflage figure before so that left us with Di Long brand (Link) to compare. Di Long only have one camouflage color and design for all the minifigures in that one set. You will have more choice with camouflage color/pattern with this Lele.

If you already have few set of Lele before, you will know what to expect - the quality is not consistent. None of these figure have loose limb, but my finger hurt a little when i try to attach their arm to the torso. Only one figure (blue coloured camouflage, 2nd from right) suffer paralysed arm. The arm is too loose that he cannot even held up any weapon.

Oh,i just notice none of these figure come with utility belt too =). They don't need any, no? =)
