As you can see, Sheng Yuan's version lack of 2nd face. That's why i prefer the one from Decool (link).
I'm only interested with Dr.Strange figure in this set. For Storm, Taskmaster, and The Collector, i think the one made by Decool are much better (at least with dual sided faces) >_<
For this set, I only bought Dr. Strange and Thor.

Generally, I sense that SY's quality become a lil bit worse. What do you think?
hi @cEro. hehe. its very subjective. sometime we forgot they are still bootlegs. maybe our expectations are too high. well, because we know they make great knock off/imitation in previous release.
Deletewhen it come to bootleg, the quality is not consistent. some batch might be ok, some batch might not. but decool are worst. i received bad figure one set after another. lol
I'd only be interested in Thor's helmet and Martian Manhunter's cape. The reason Thor doesn't have a cape in this version, I've been told, is that this version of him from the comics lacks a cape as well.
ReplyDeletehi there =). oh, really? thanks for the info. i thought SY did it again. in the 2nd series of SY's star wars minifigure, the earlier batch of Darth Vader dont fome with black cape. lol. later, they include one in newer production. ahaha..

Deletehi there. i got them from toy booth inside aeon big wangsa maju. =). you can get them cheaper from wholesale place@kenanga but some say the price is not that cheap... even you buy in bulk..
DeleteYes, the price at Kenanga not really that cheap even buying in bulk...they marked up the price and then if you buy 6 and above then they give 50% discount. The minifigurines, no discount. In actual facts, other place can get similar price. Even Jonker Street selling same price and you don't need to buy in bulk.

DeleteNoo, I didnt bought the Collector! I think that he was a wierd Magneto variant :( so I bought Storm in the last place..Also Batzarro, Thor, Dr. Strange, and Taskmaster.. Where is the Thor Lego variant???
