From these 4 boxes, i think only the first 2 figure on the left can be considered part of SWAT team. 3rd from the left looks like bandit and last box on the right looks like mercenary. The guy with the eye mask (3rd box on left) definitely is a bandit, wearing such torso with stripes too.

No catalog or trading/game card supplied with the lego parts.
Each figure come with at least a sniper rifle and other secondary weapon.
